About Oliver
Oliver Legge is a British furniture designer and master craftsman renowned for creating bespoke handmade furniture that combines timeless design with exceptional craftsmanship. With a passion for fine materials, precision joinery and functional design, Oliver has built a reputation for delivering beautifully made furniture tailored to the way people live.
Oliver’s creative background was shaped by both sides of his family — inheriting an artistic eye from his mother and a love of making and engineering from his father. After completing a Foundation Course in Art and Design at Oxford Polytechnic, now Oxford Brookes University, he went on to study Furniture Design at Ravensbourne College in South London, where he developed his technical expertise within its highly regarded workshops.
In 2004, Oliver founded Oliver Legge Furniture from a workshop garage in his garden. As demand for his bespoke furniture grew, he relocated to a collaborative workshop in Tottenham, before relocating to Oxford and setting up a dedicated workshop.
About My Work
By 2008, Oliver returned to Oxfordshire to establish a dedicated workshop as his family settled locally. Since then, the business has steadily expanded, investing in advanced equipment, traditional woodworking techniques and a highly skilled team capable of delivering increasingly ambitious and intricate bespoke furniture projects.
Today, Oliver Legge Furniture specialises in handcrafted kitchens, fitted furniture and bespoke cabinetry designed to enhance both contemporary and period homes. Oliver remains personally involved in every commission, working closely with clients, interior designers and architects to create furniture that is both practical and beautifully considered.
Driven by a genuine passion for craftsmanship and design, Oliver takes pride in creating bespoke interiors that transform how clients experience and enjoy their homes.
